At Finoravk, S.A. de C.V. (“Finoravk”, “we”) we value the privacy of everyone who visits this site. 2. Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address and the message you choose to share. Additionally, if you accept analytics or advertising cookies, anonymized technical identifiers about your use of the site are generated.
3. Purposes
We process your data to: (a) respond to your information request; (b) send you content related to the topic you asked about, provided you have requested it; (c) measure aggregated site usage; and (d) comply with applicable legal obligations. In 2026 we do not carry out automated profiling with legal effects on users.
4. Legal basis and consent
The basis for processing your data is your express consent when submitting the form and when accepting analytics or advertising cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contacto@finoravk.com.
5. Processors and third parties
We may rely on technology providers (hosting, email, measurement through Google Ads and Google Analytics under Consent Mode v2) acting as data processors. We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers process information on servers located outside Mexico. In those cases, we apply contractual clauses and verify that safeguards equivalent to those foreseen in Mexican law are in place.
7. ARCO rights and portability
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing of your data, as well as to request its portability. Send your request to contacto@finoravk.com stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a document that proves your identity.
8. Retention
We keep the data collected through the form for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. Cookie identifiers are kept according to the category selected, with a maximum of 13 months.
9. Security measures
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information, including encryption in transit, access controls and periodic monitoring.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect regulatory changes or changes to our services. We will publish the current version on this page indicating the last update date.
